How advanced can a survey be?

Answer: A survey is not suppose to be very advanced. A survey is meant to ask customers in a simple easy to complete fashion that anyone with or without much computer intelligence could complete. Now there are many different types of question and answer, but besides that a survey should not be much more advanced to keep this simplicity level fairly low.

how long should you keep a survey open?

Answer: There are different durations that a survey should be kept open for depending on the type of survey and the audience you are trying to capture. For example if you are doing an email survey and there is a deadline of two weeks until you must perform the analysis, obviously the duration time will be two weeks. But if you are trying to only get a certain number of responses then the duration will be dependent on the number of responses that you are looking for.

Should you be considering the failure rate when determining whether or not to conduct a survey?

Answer: You should definitely be thinking whether or not people will put the time and effort into completing your survey. If you do not send the survey to enough people or is not located in a distinguishable spot on your website then there could be a potential failure because not enough people will have responded. To make sure this will not happen make sure you keep these two things in mind, as well as the fact that people do not like taking extremely long surveys. With all of this in mind you should definitely have a successful survey.

What can you do about people who do not take the survey seriously and judt make obviuos wrong answers?

Answer: Well the manual way to do it is by going threw all the survey data and make sure that all responses make sense. But if you have any doubt that this may happen before you send out the survey, then you can add filters which will scrap those survey results that either do not match a properly filled survey or meets standards that you have considered junk.

How accurate are product surveys? Is it possible that those surveys can be misleading?

Q.) What are some ways to receive feedback on my business?
A.) One good way to receive feedback is to provide post transaction surveys. This way they can provide you with information regarding the service they received and any possible recommendations for better service next time. Allegiance, a survey analytics company can provide this feature as well as many more including social media feedback and text analytics.
